Shipping Policy:
All merchandise purchased from our online store will be packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or failure to deliver caused by USPS and no refunds will be issued for delays in delivery on their end. We track all items and will always attempt to provide you with this tracking number as well. For any damages that occur during shipping, you must notify us immediately and provide a photograph of the damaged items so that we can file a claim with USPS. All damaged items will be replaced once USPS has approved the claim. We do insure all packages at no cost to you.

Return Policy:
At UPC we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). All refunds are issued as store credits to be used on your next purchase and all returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise instructed. All returns and exchanges are returned at your expense. If you need to return any item, please contact us for details.
